How should I
package my records to send? Records are really pretty hard to break, so simple packaging will suffice. A sheet of corrugated card will help to stiffen the package, and wrap with brown paper or a bubble bag. How long will the transfer take? You'll normally have the finnished job back with you within a week of posting. If there's a particular date you need to have the job done by, get in touch and ask. Is there a discount for large orders? Orders for 10 LPs and more qualify for 10% discount plus free return post, and 50 or more 20% plus free post. How do I know the product will be any good? You can read the customer testimonies, and if you'd like to approach some previous customers directly please ask for contact details What happens if I lose or damage the CD? Source files are retained so that you can order additional copies later. There's no charge if this is because of a faulty product. My record jumps, can you still do a transfer? Yes, jumps can be edited out, although the result won't be as good as an undamaged record. |
